Javonda has found the corporate cure! After navigating the corporate space for 10 years, from staff level to management, she realized the need to teach professionals how to advocate for themselves in the workplace, create an effective career strategy, and build a highly marketable professional brand.

With 7 years of career consulting and mentoring, Javonda has successfully assisted clients in strategic career searches, elevating their professional brand and positioning them as top qualifying candidates and high-performing team members.
